Annmarie Gray
Annmarie Gray is a fully accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with the IACP. She holds B.Sc Honours from Middlesex University, a Diploma from PCI College and also a professional certificate in C.B.T. Annmarie is also a fully trained EMDR therapist.
Annmarie has worked in various organisations such as Pieta House and has gained vast experience working with clients of all ages preventing suicide and self harm. She has extensive clinical experience of working with both adults and adolescents.
Annmarie’s approach to therapy is person centred and integrates this with CBT and solution focused Therapy. She has experience in working with all manner of personal interrelationship problems. Annmarie incorporates psycho-education into her work tailoring your treatment to be every bit as unique as you and facilitate your journey towards change.
Annmarie provides individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and couples who are experiencing emotional, behavioural and physical distress. The basis of her work is to build relationships with people, from which awareness and knowledge grows and change can take place. At Open Mind Therapy we provide a safe non-judgemental environment working to the ethics and standards of the Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Katie Richardson
Katie Rose Richardson is a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist. Katie works primarily with adolescents, couples and also holds training in Autism Informed Therapy, her practice is neuro-affirming.
Katie is passionate about helping individuals heal, breaking free from self-limiting beliefs, and leading an authentic and fulfilling life. Katie believes that through connection and support, individuals can develop the tools and resilience they require to make positive life changes.
