Open Mind Therapy provides a private and confidential setting. This safe non-judgemental environment gives you the opportunity to explore any emotional or psychological distress you may be experiencing.
We work with each client in a way that’s best suited to their individual needs, tailoring your treatment to be every bit as unique as you. Counselling can be short term in relation to a specific problem or situation or long term psychotherapy for those who wish to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.
Sessions last for 50 minutes. At Open Mind Therapy we provide a safe non-judgemental environment working to the ethics and standards of the Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
